Returns and Refunds

What is our return policy?

Return Timeframe

Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery for any reason (e.g., wrong size, not as expected) as long as all items meet return eligibility.

For items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery, so we can assist you. After this period, you may need to contact the manufacturer directly.

Exchanges

Due to frequent changes in inventory and designer pricing, we do not process direct exchanges. Please place a new order through your account.

If you need assistance, our team is happy to guide you through the process. Note: expired promotions cannot be used on new orders, but valid, non-expired ones can.

Return Eligibility

To ensure products remain in excellent condition, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and free from pet hair, odors, or stains
  • In original packaging with all tags intact
  • Approval prior to returns with RMA number received.
  • Items received without prior approval will be refused.

Your Responsibility

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a carrier with tracking for your protection. Returns must be received within 15 days of RMA approval.

Please carefully review size charts before ordering, as designer sizing may vary. We’re happy to assist with sizing inquiries before your purchase!

Product photos may slightly differ in color due to lighting or monitor settings.

Processing Refund

Once we receive your return, please allow five (5) business days for processing. Some returns may incur a 15% restocking fee, which we will notify you about prior to processing.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Beds, blankets, or bedding (subject to 20% restocking fee if returned)
  • Treats, supplements, cakes
  • Carriers, stairs/steps, bowls, feeders, treat jars
  • Toys (durability not guaranteed)
  • Holiday or seasonal items
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Any product marked non-returnable in its description
