Giving back is important to us! A portion of proceeds from all the Party Package events are donated to local dog rescues.

There are three choices of parties per day.  One in the morning, one if the afternoon and one in the evening.  If you see a time choice missing, then that time has been reserved.  Make sure you lock yours in quickly so you get the day/time you prefer.

Payment for the base package will confirm your reservation.

Cancelations: We understand that, occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from showing up for your Reservation as initially planned. If you decide not to keep your Reservation, you must cancel the Reservation within at least 72 hours by contacting us directly – see ‘contact’ link above. 

Unless otherwise stated, we [PUCCI Cafe] reserve the right to cancel your Reservation if you do not check in within fifteen (15) minutes after your Reservation time. A cancellation in such a manner, a “late cancellation”, or a complete failure to show up for your Reservation, will be considered a “no show” (“No Show”) and we will have to release the reserved party area for to other guests.

Food and beverage must be purchased and/or prepared through PUCCI Cafe Food + Drink. For a human birthday cake enhancer, we need advance notice of 3 business days on the reservation. 

Please contact one of the PUCCI managers with any questions. Booking a reservation is acceptance of the stated terms.
