According to studies conducted by the Southern Medical University in China, morning coffee may extend your life. This study looked at 171,000 participants who did not have heart disease or cancer at the start of the study. These participants were followed for seven years, and it was found that those who consumed a steaming mug of coffee every morning were less likely to die early. This effect was mainly seen in people who consumed moderate amounts of coffee during the day, such as 1.5 to 3.5 cups regularly.
Whether your morning coffee is sweetened or unsweetened, both have been linked to a lower chance of early death. Surprisingly, the study found that those who consumed sweetened coffee were more likely to live longer than those who did not put sugar in their brew. Sweetened coffee drinkers were 31 percent less likely to die early, while those who consumed unsweetened coffee were 21 percent less likely to have an early death.

It has been found that coffee is not only safe to consume in moderation, but it can also extend your life. Along with exercising, having a balanced diet, and getting sufficient hours of sleep each night, including coffee in your routine, may help you lose weight. Caffeine is known to help lower weight and body fat by decreasing appetite. This may help your body reach a healthy weight.
